Frequently Asked Questions
We only offer loans and salary advancements to persons who are formally employed by pre-approved companies. Every individual’s circumstances are unique, which is why we suggest visiting your nearest branch to find out if you qualify.
For salary advances, we require your work and national/voters ID, latest two months’ payslips, a stamped bank statement and your employment contract (where applicable). For term loans, we require your work and national/voters ID, latest two months’ payslips, a stamped bank statement and a signed loan agreement. For check me back loans, we require your work ID and national/voters ID, latest two months’ payslips, a stamped bank statement, post-dated cheques/bank transfers and your employment contract (where applicable).
